Job Responsibilities | 1. Recruit and Retain Qualified Employees. • Write and coordinate advertisements in local, regional or national newspapers, websites • Screens applicants for minimum qualifications. • Conducts first (initial screening) and coordinates with managers for second interviews. • Conduct new hire orientation to ensure that required documents are completed and policies and procedures are understood. • Register staff on BSM for required classes. • Order name tags 2. Performance Management • Track completion of performance assessments for annual and 90 day reviews • Advise managers with regard to written documentation 3. Manage Worker’s Compensation issues and training. 4. Benefits administration • Coordinate open enrollment. • Obtain new hire enrollment forms. • Respond to unemployment claims • Send documents to payroll for processing • Audit bills for accuracy 5. Compensation • Send documents to payroll for processing after receiving the appropriate approvals 6. Plan holiday events (i.e. annual holiday party) • Prepare holiday cards for our employees from the physicians. 7. Review employee files to ensure that training documents are completed by supervisory staff. 8. On an annual basis, order the mandatory state and federal posters required for each office. 1. Job Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Department |
Compensation | Commensurate with experience |
Benefits | Position is three days per week (preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and not eligible for benefits |
