Job Title Associate Program Manager, People & Culture
Job Responsibilities

Triage and coordinate work items, particularly from Problem Management and submissions from Technical Support Instill and enforce SLAs for responses and resolutions to work items Maintain dashboards on work items for metrics & visibility across the company Coordinate project and program activities, resources, equipment, and information Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Work with Resource Management on prioritization of tasks as needed Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects and programs evolve Analyze risks and opportunities Monitor project and program progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate status to all participants Work with management to eliminate blockers Use tools to monitor compliance and SLAs Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans, and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through constant reflection and iteration Create release plans, release readiness, and handle release coordination Manage/Communicate changes that affect scope/quality/timelines

Job Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 4-year college degree in a technical field, statistics, or equivalent professional experience Proven time management and communication skills Up to 2 years of project and process implementation experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience managing projects in project methodologies including Agile, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or hybrids CAPM certification
