Interviewing/Screening candidates Sourcing for qualified candidates Manage and create proactive talent pipelines in support of hiring initiatives Clearly define roles and manage candidate expectations for the role they are applying for Negotiate and close candidate offers Writing, amending and posting job descriptions Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met Partner with Recruiting Coordinators for effective scheduling and management of interview schedulinG

3+ years of recruiting experience Experience in high volume recruiting Experience in sourcing and networking to identify candidates Experience with an Applicant Tracking System Knowledge of behavioral interviewing PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel Intermediate understanding of Boolean Searches
