The Sr. Manager of Personnel: develops the staffing model for ITS collaborates with leadership team to allocate staffing resources to each department in ITS recognizes changes in business needs and technology advancements and impact on job descriptions and recruiting develops and implements strategic goals for recruitment, selection, onboarding, deployment, performance management and professional development of all ITS employees mentors ITS managers in sound human resource practices and coaches them on employee selection, offers and negotiation, onboarding, assessment, discipline and reward recommends training and workforce development for ITS develops and reports on key performance indicators for the people resources in ITS leads process redesign and continuous improvement in human resources activities in the business unit

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field and ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in an operations role. Possession of a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain by the date of hire.
