The Product and Team Trainer will be a part of the Learning & Development team within MINDBODY's People & Culture department. This individual is primarily responsible for delivering training for team members in all offices using multiple methods such as instructor led training, virtual classroom training, and other performance support (user guides, job aids, etc.). This includes consulting with other departments to deliver effective content and presentations, as well as coaching and developing new team members. This position works in partnership with business stakeholders and other L&D team members under the direction of the Manager, Training Delivery.

Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience. 2-4 years’ experience delivering training for multi-location call centers preferred Experience working within the software industry is preferred. Ability to develop thorough knowledge of MINDBODY software, company culture and core values. Must have an excellent work ethic, be a strong team player and consistently meet project deadlines. Possesses a positive and proactive attitude. ​ Result-driven mentality and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Excellent presentation and writing skills. Regular, reliable and punctual attendance. Must be willing to travel to other MINDBODY offices and attend off-site training programs for occasional professional development. Travel will be approximately 25% a year.
