|Job Title||Office Manager/HR Manager|
The Corporate Office/HR Manager is responsible for overall Corporate office and Human Resources activities of the Company. Responsible for directing Corporate Staff, development and implementation of HR programs, and coordinating with outside service providers to the Company. This position reports to the CEO. You will need to work collaboratively with internal management, including parlor management, production management, event coordinator and accounting. Manage relationships with external service providers, including security, phones, insurance, accounting, legal, marketing and technology providers.
5+ Years experience in Office Manager role. Communication proficiency, oral and written. HR Knowledge. Contracts experience and competence. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, respectful. A cultural awareness and sensitivity. Organization and time management skills. Demonstrated initiative & leadership competence.
