About the Role: The HR Business Consultant will exhibit a strong combination of HR proficiency in employee relations, benefit administration, compensation, recruiting and other compliance areas along with effective consulting skills and business acumen. You will use your knowledge of State and Federal employment laws, regulations, and standards to contribute to sales and retention efforts by serving as a trusted resource for our clients. You will identify opportunities for client HR education and be responsible for creating educational materials in a variety of dynamic and engaging formats.

What you will Do: Regularly educate clients on Human Resources laws and regulations Assist clients in identifying compliance deficits, provide guidance, and make recommendations on a wide range of HR issues Manage our vendor relationship and client utilization of HR platform Mineral Support new business opportunities and client retention Actively network within local HR communities Tracks and report activity and client utilization of services Continually develops and executes internal and external HR communication content to include, but not limited to, the creation of industry presentations, webinars, monthly bulletins, and educational material Protects confidential information and client material at all times by following HIPAA and other privacy rules and regulations
